iLike Contest launched! // June 12 2009
Hi Everyone. We just launched a new contest through ilike and encourage you all to enter. Here are the details. After you look them over, head on over to ilike to enter.
TEN SECOND EPIC ILIKE CONTEST RULES
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST
Ten Second Epic is giving you a chance to win a personal video dedication, an autographed Hometown CD and two free tickets to any show of your choice, just for listening to music! The number one Ten Second Epic listener on iLike will receive this grand prize.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest will run from June 15th, 2009 to 11:59 p.m. July 6th, 2009.
WHO CAN ENTER
To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must have an iLike user account and be over the age of 13.
HOW TO ENTER
1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Qualified entrants need to simply log-in to their iLike user account and listen to any and all Ten Second Epic music by the contest closing date and time.
TIP
Downloading the official iLike Toolbar for iTunes will track play counts and allow mobility.
ELIMINATION
Any false information provided within the context of the contest by any participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address or non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the participant from the contest.
WINNER SELECTION
1. The three winners will be selected on July 7th, 2009.
2. Winners will be selected based on the highest play count and rank on iLike.
3. In the event of a tie, both listeners will receive the prize in that category.
PRIZES
Grand Prize - #1 listener
• Personal video dedication in the form of an mp4. that will be emailed to the winner. The winner will also have permission to upload the video to any site
• One autographed HOMETOWN album
• Two free tickets to the winners show of choice
Runner-up - # 2 listener
• One autographed HOMETOWN album
• Two free tickets to the winners show of choice
Third Place - #3 listener
• One autographed HOMETOWN album
WINNER NOTIFICATION
1. Winners will be notified by July 13th, 2009 through a private message on iLike.
2. By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the contest sponsors, and their employees and agents, their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.
